Low temperature hot water is circulated through continuous lengths of pipe embedded in the floor structure. The cross-linked polyethylene pipes have a high resistance to corrosion and scale build up, and have a projected life of over 50 years. They are installed in looped patterns at specially calculated spacings across the floor, ensuring even heat distribution. Each room/zone will have individual temperature controls.
